By using AUS Invoice ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

AUS Invoice provides invoicing, quoting, expense tracking, and reporting tools for Australian small businesses. The App is provided "as is".

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of all data you enter (ABN, GST, amounts, etc.)
• Compliance with Australian Tax Office (ATO) requirements
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account

3. Disclaimer

AUS Invoice is not tax advice. We do not guarantee that calculations meet your specific tax obligations. Always verify with a registered tax professional.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the App
• Resell or redistribute the App
• Use the App to harass others

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you create. The App and its design are owned by AUS Invoice.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Lost data (please back up your data via CSV export)
• Tax penalties or compliance issues
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
