AUS Invoice ("we", "our", "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

When you use AUS Invoice, we collect:

• Account information: email address, name (when you sign up)
• Business data: ABN, business name, bank details, contacts, invoices, quotes, expenses, and time entries that you create
• Authentication data: Google or Apple Sign In tokens (when applicable)

We do not collect:

• Location data
• Device identifiers for advertising
• Any third-party tracking data

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to:

• Provide invoicing functionality
• Sync your data across your devices
• Generate PDF invoices and reports

3. Data Storage

All data is stored on Google Firebase servers. Your business data is isolated per user account and never shared with other users.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

We use the following service providers:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Storage) — for app backend
• Apple Sign In (optional) — for authentication only

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes all your data within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data (export via CSV)
• Modify your data (in-app editing)
• Delete your account and all associated data (Settings → Delete Account)

7. Children

AUS Invoice is not intended for users under 16.
